You, me – everybody can benefit from the Alexander Technique
Using the Alexander Technique helps give relief from pain, better posture, easier movement and skilled performance.
About Ann
I am an experienced Alexander Technique teacher and have been based at Therapies, South Croydon, Surrey, since 2004.
I learnt the Alexander Technique because of recurrent neck pain.
Not only did it resolve the pain but it made a big difference to my well being. This inspired me to take a three year full time training course to become a teacher.
